Trap

The vacuum pump is an electric part. The entry of

liquids into the vacuum pump leads to failure and

damage to the milking process. During milking, for
various reasons, milk may enter the vacuum chan-
nel and enter the vacuum pump, causing serious

damage to this expensive part. For this purpose, a

device called trap or milk trap is used in the milking
machine. Its task is to collect milk, water and steam
during milking and washing of the milking machine.

Depending on the type of milking machine, after the

end of the work and when it is turned off and the
vacuum is emptied, the milk or water collected in
the portable milking trap will automatically come

out of the trap, or the milking worker must manu-

ally remove the trapped liquids. to drain.The size of
the milk trap in portable devices is small and in fixed
devices with more number of milking units up to 20

liters.
